I’m not familiar with her work but this quote hit different. Rest is needed, but it’s important to make the most of your life. I don’t think she meant literally sitting still, I took the quote to mean you should always have your eyes on loving and serving others and to get up and see the world, take a walk, hike, kayak, bike ride, do something!
