Lions finally pull the trigger on axing the two men tasked with taking this franchise to the next level. Was a wildly accepted decision and only a matter of time before this was going to happen. Many, including myself, today will breath a sigh of relief with this news.

At the beginning of this year it was coined a “win now” year. As a fanbase, we quickly realized this was not the reality and it became yet another disappointing year. It’s time to put the Patriot way in the past and manufacture/pave our own Detroit Lion way. #RestoreTheRoar

Darrell Bevell is now the interim head coach leading the team to the end of the season.
Potential candidates to fill HC role:

-Kellen Moore: Dallas Cowboy Offensive Coordinator. Note, Detroit drafted QB from Boise State.
-Lincoln Riley: Head Coach at Oklahoma Sooners.
-Jim Caldwell: Former Lions HC, and best coach in lifetime of the franchise.
