I’m writing this in the top of the 7th and we’re down 5-2 but we’re going to lose. This has been one of the most disgusting games I’ve watched in sometime. Matt Boyd pitched 4 innings and struck out like 8 guys but MY GOD TIM ANDERSON OWNS BOYD. Boyd pitcher against the White Sox 5 days ago and he started the game THE SAME EXACT WAY!!! Homer to Anderson and then homer to the 2 hole guy. Like dude, COME ON that’s so terrible. And on offense? SO MANY STRIKEOUTS WTF! Willi no E castro has 4 strikeouts and has swung the bat 12 times! We’ve had chances to score some runs but the ball doesn’t get down.

On the other hand we had some great news today and that is Casey Mize will his get major debut on Wednesday. The former number 1 draft pick will get a chance to take the mound for the very first time in the English D. Only real fans will know who Tarik Skubal is ( left hand pitching prospect that pumps 98 NBD) and Issac Paredes (got in the Canderlario trade from Chicago Cubs) got his first major league hit and it was a big one at the time. First look on him is a young Carlos Guillen and I can’t be any more excited about that. We need some wins very soon and I hope the young guns can bring some energy to this team because we’re approaching a very very very dark and bad spot and we need some magic.
